BDR Training and Enablement Specialist (Kitchener)

Join D2L as a BDR Training and Enablement Specialist to enhance onboarding and continuous education for Business Development Representatives. Focus on creating impactful training content and resources.

In this role, you will support the efficiency and effectiveness of the BDR team by managing training logistics and improving their learning experience. Your tasks will include maintaining essential resources and collaborating with different departments to deliver transparent and actionable updates to BDRs. Your attention to detail will help track participation and success metrics effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee scheduling and logistics for BDR training sessions • Maintain up-to-date training paths and feedback mechanisms • Optimize content for clarity and accessibility • Assist with team meetings and enablement sessions • Monitor and report on training participation and effectiveness

Requirements: • 2–4 years of experience in a related role • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to collaborate across various teams and levels • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel • Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus
