Lead a well-established B2B manufacturing business as the Managing Director at Genesis. This role focuses on driving revenue growth and optimizing operational performance. Genesis is looking for a commercially driven Managing Director to take ownership of its portfolio company in a competitive market. This player-coach position requires hands-on leadership and direct involvement in pipeline creation, deal execution, and continuous business improvement. The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight with sales execution, reinforcing effective methodologies and enhancing team capabilities.
