Ensure proper setup for current owners in Shift Suite Reconcile owner ledgers and manage billing accuracy Oversee accounts payable and receivable procedures Record significant financial transactions efficiently Provide monthly financial statements and commentary Requirements

5+ years of accounting experience CPA or relevant finance credentials preferred Proficient in Microsoft Excel Knowledge of property management best practices Strong detail orientation and communication skills Drive financial excellence within WPM and enhance condo management operations effectively.
