Join House of Friendship as a part-time Addiction Treatment Worker. This role focuses on providing critical support to individuals in recovery through facilitating groups and direct assistance.

As part of the HART Transitional Housing team, you will engage with participants experiencing homelessness and addiction while upholding the organization's values. Your responsibilities include leading psychoeducational group sessions and collaborating with external providers for comprehensive care. With an emphasis on compassion and inclusion, this position will allow you to impact community health positively.

Key Responsibilities:• Facilitate recreational and psychoeducational groups for participants • Assess situations and provide crisis intervention • Maintain necessary documentation and data entry • Support medication management processes as needed • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements:• Relevant College diploma or University degree needed • Familiarity with addiction-related issues and recovery support • Experience in social service settings is a plus • Ability to maintain confidentiality and complete detailed documentation • Strong commitment to professional development and training
