At D2L, we are looking for Software Developers who graduated in 2025 to help us advance our goal of using technology to transform teaching and learning around the world. Our software is used daily by millions of people around the world and we need developers who are up to the challenge that this presents. We need these developers to work on a wide range of technologies including, but not limited to: distributed systems, automated test development, user interfaces, mobile and cloud computing.As a developer, you will help make dreams a reality. Developer Responsibilities
Developers at D2L have a passion for technology and code. Beyond code, developers are expected to collaborate closely with others including technical product managers, designers and test developers. Your ideas and perspectives are essential to making sure we are building the right things. What You’ll Bring To The Role
Ability to analyze and decompose problems into potential technical solutions Experience with OO design and proficient coding skills (e.g., C++, C# or Java) Strong understanding of Computer Science topics including: data structures, algorithms, databases, distributed systems Experience in software development, preferably in a technology-focused companyAcumen with Artificial Intelligence tools Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; completed in 2025. Work Arrangement
D2L operates in a hybrid work style, with expectation of 3 days per week in office. Salary and Compensation
The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidate’s relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry. As part of the total compensation at D2L the role may be eligible for extra benefits including a Wellness Subsidy, Equity Grants, Variable Incentive, and more.Base Salary Range: $75,000—$85,000 CAD Benefits
