Senior Product Reliability Engineer e-STORAGE (Kitchener)

Make an impactful contribution to clean energy as a Senior Product Reliability Engineer at e-STORAGE in Kitchener, ON. This hybrid role balances customer engagement with R&D; support. In this role, you will partner with Delivery and Deployment teams to ensure successful utility-grade system installations. With approximately 70% customer-facing work, you will address site-reported issues and connect R&D; with real-world performance data. Your expertise in field reliability and engineering practices will drive improvements and ensure compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Partner on Factory Acceptance Testing and project bring-up • Support site-specific configuration and troubleshooting • Lead Root Cause Analysis for on-going site issues • Author commissioning protocols and performance test plans • Advocate for customer needs within the R&D; team Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering • 5+ years in product development and field engineering • Experience with Root Cause Analysis methodologies • Knowledge of Battery Energy Storage System architecture • Proficiency in scripting with Python or TypeScript Drive innovation in clean technology through your engineering skills at e-STORAGE while enhancing customer satisfaction and product quality.
