Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans, conduct health assessments, and support harm reduction. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct advanced assessments for substance withdrawal - Develop and implement personalized withdrawal management plans - Prescribe medications safely per NP directives - Collaborate with addiction medicine physicians - Provide mentorship to nursing staff and team members Requirements: - Master's in Nursing and CNO registration as NP & RN(EC) - Minimum 5 years in addiction medicine - 3-5 years mental health & addictions experience - Authorized to prescribe narcotics/controlled substances - Solid communication, leadership, and organizational skills Make a difference in individuals' lives through compassionate, informed care in addiction and mental health at WRHN.
