Manager of Engineering and Compliance (Kitchener)

Take the helm as Endpoint Engineering Manager at Affirm, driving hands-on leadership and technical strategy within the Client Platform Engineering team. Enable a seamless transition for users and improve endpoint management practices. You will lead a team of three dedicated engineers, establishing a roadmap focused on secure device management and compliance. This role combines technical direction with program management, involving the creation of KPIs, effective communication across teams, and the enhancement of automated processes. A robust background in macOS and endpoint security will be pivotal.
