Financial Reporting & Accounting Manager (Kitchener)

Take charge of financial accuracy as an Accounting Manager at our company. Streamline the month-end close process while ensuring compliance and reporting excellence. This vital position works closely with the Corporate Controller to lead a team in enhancing our financial reporting processes. You'll be responsible for managing the complete close cycle and driving system improvements while analyzing complex financial data. Excellent communication and organizational skills will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full accounting close cycle each month - Prepare and oversee account reconciliations for accuracy - Conduct journal entries and financial reporting - Collaborate with FP&A; for annual planning and reviews - Support external audit processes and schedules Requirements: - Minimum 6–8 years of accounting experience - Must possess a Canadian CPA designation - Experience in managing multi-entity consolidations - Familiarity with IFRS and/or ASPE standards - Advanced Excel and ERP management skills Utilize your expertise in financial reporting and process improvement to contribute to our organization's success.
