In this 12-month contract position, D2L is looking for a Senior People and Culture Generalist to act as the first point of contact for various HR topics. You will foster relationships with leadership, support performance management, and provide operational assistance for compensation. Your role will ensure organizational changes run smoothly and that employee relations are effectively managed.
