Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Kitchener, ON, for a Tech Transfer Scientist. The incumbent will oversee the technology transfer of assays and processes from development to manufacturing, ensuring seamless product scalability and compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include working in the lab, drafting transfer documentation, troubleshooting technical issues, working closely with R&D; and production teams, optimizing workflows, and providing training to ensure successful implementation. This role demands integrating technical expertise with problem‑solving to support operational efficiency and product excellence. Qualifications Expertise in molecular diagnostics methods, assay development, and validation Experience with technology transfer, process optimization, and manufacturing workflows Project management and technical troubleshooting experience within a lab/manufacturing setting Solid ability to document, communicate technical information, and create training materials Knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality assurance practices, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Experience with cell‑free DNA technologies or similar applications is an asset Advanced degree (MSc or PhD) in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Bioengineering, or related field Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a commitment to team collaboration #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2psqfw
