Supplement Advisor (Kitchener)

About the Role: As a Supplement Advisor, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while guiding customers toward the right sports nutrition, health, and wellness solutions. You'll become an expert on our products, promotions, and store operations while working in a supportive, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: - Build meaningful relationships with customers and provide tailored supplement and wellness recommendations. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, ingredients, and perks. - Keep the store clean, organized, and merchandised to brand standards. - Assist with inventory, restocking, and promotional displays. - Support your team to achieve sales goals and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
