Residential Cleaner (Kitchener-Waterloo)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team to clean homes in the Kitchener/Waterloo and Cambridge areas. This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services to ensure our clients' homes are spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Fluency in English is required. 3 years of residential cleaning is required. Duties - Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces - Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens (if client asks) - Prepare and organize cleaning supplies and equipment for each job - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences - Ensure all areas of the home are cleaned to high standards of quality and safety - Maintain an organized schedule to complete assigned tasks efficiently within designated timeframes - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally - Follow safety protocols and company policies during all cleaning activities Requirements - Fluency in English. - 3 years of prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is required. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively - Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members - Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting (up to 25 pounds), and reaching - Reliable transportation or means to commute to various client locations - Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service - Good interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Must carry their own cleaning supplies and equipment.
