Lead transformative communications as a Communications Manager. Develop strategies that connect employees and enhance internal culture through effective messaging.
In this contract position, you will craft communications campaigns that resonate with frontline employees and promote engagement around company values. Your role will also involve collaboration with various departments to share important employee stories and support major organizational communications. Additionally, manage communication strategies for union negotiations when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead development of impactful internal communications • Engage frontline employees with clear messaging • Collaborate across departments to share narratives • Support HR with employee-related communications • Continuously evaluate and adjust communications strategies
Requirements:• 5-7 years of experience in a communications field • Bachelor's degree in Communications or related discipline • Fluent in English and French • Background in B2B and large organizational settings • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
