Elevate service operations and drive customer satisfaction as an expert Service Calls Administrator. This role requires an organized, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
In this onsite position, you will manage service orders and act as the primary contact between customers and various stakeholders. Your fluency in French and proficiency in Microsoft Office will facilitate seamless coordination and ensure high standards for service delivery. Focus on identifying improvement opportunities to optimize customer reliability and service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate all aspects of service call orders • Build strong relationships for enhanced service • Liaise effectively between customers and the head office • Ensure compliance with vendor EH&S requirements• Participate in initiatives to improve service processes
