Oversee the implementation and efficiency of operational cybersecurity solutions as a Technical Lead. Be a pivotal influence in driving best practices and incident management within a forward-thinking organization.
In this permanent role, you will report to the Technology Infrastructure and Operational Cybersecurity Lead. You will supervise the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity solutions. Your expertise will guide multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance and enhance overall security practices.
Key Responsibilities:• Supervise implementation and updates of cybersecurity solutions • Maintain the evolution roadmap for cybersecurity • Conduct in-depth analyses and recommend strategies • Manage SOC coordination and incident criticality • Define policies and procedures for effective cybersecurity
Requirements:• Bachelor’s in cybersecurity or relevant field • 5-7 years in operational cybersecurity • Mastery of monitoring and vulnerability management tools • Expertise in security automation tools (SOAR, SIEM) • Strong communication skills with a focus on team leadership
