The Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating logistics and inventory activities for the store that supplies production. He/she will ensure the efficiency of processes and the smooth running of teams’ day-to-day operations.
Your mission Coordinate all activities related to the store and logistics;
Address internal issues between Logistics/Store and other departments (Finance, Purchasing, Support, Sales, etc.);
Establish performance indicators and ensure they are updated;
Improve the company’s logistics processes;
Negotiate annual rate agreements with various transportation companies and develop new logistics and transportation partnerships;
Represent the company to customers, suppliers, carriers and customs authorities to resolve issues;
Provide the company’s logistics and warehousing vision/direction to the various departments;
Propose and optimize work methods for the store (improving supply chain processes, product shelving, traffic flow, available space, etc.);
Ensure that items and other merchandise are received via the manufacturing system, both in physical and electronic form;

Oversee inventory (cyclical count, imbalances) and understand any gaps;
Work with the Finance Department to provide and match vendor invoices to receipts;
Perform all other related tasks.
Your DNA College diploma (DEC) in logistics and transportation or equivalent;
More than 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an SME with international operations;
Excellent personnel management and leadership skills;
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
Comfortable with ERP systems;
Ability to develop good working relationships and negotiation skills;
Good organizational and priority management skills;
Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines;
Excellent analytical ability and creative problem-solving skills;
You like to carry out analyses and find optimization solutions;
You are known for your organizational skills and attention to detail;
Good knowledge of international standards and regulations, as well as logistics methods and principles;
Basic knowledge of English in order to communicate with carriers and customs;
Knowledge or experience in continuous improvement processes (5S, Lean Manufacturing) is an asset!
