Global Trade Specialist– Customer Service Location

The Customer Service Global Trade (GT) Group ensures that international trade laws are satisfied across Customer Service departments and that compliance is embedded in business processes. The role involves creating, managing, and improving GT‑specific processes, coordinating the implementation of regulatory requirements, training staff, and leading compliance projects.Responsibilities
Lead compliance/business projects with GT professionals across Canada, the U.S. and internationally. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of GT processes and standard work. Coordinate implementation of RTX and P&WC GT requirements into Customer Service business processes. Train Customer Service personnel on GT requirements, policy and regulatory changes. Reinforce GT general awareness throughout Customer Service business units. Act as the "go‑to" point of contact for GT across various Customer Service departments.Ensure smooth shipment of commodities through different DT systems. Participate in internal investigations related to GT escapes/violations and develop corrective actions. Contribute to voluntary disclosures required to the U.S., Canadian or other foreign governments. Manage the GT Focal program and develop training plans and initiatives.Collaborate with Legal and other GT teams to align, streamline and create synergies. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 3‑5 years of experience in Management, Engineering or Law. Master’s degree with 2‑4 years of experience in the same fields. Experience with SAP, GTS, CRM, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong knowledge of English for reading and writing technical documentation. French‑speaking work environment; major language is French but English is required daily.Benefits
