ServiceNow CSM Business Analyst (Lac-Brome)

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow CSM Business Analyst for a 1-year contract chance in Canada. This is a remote role. Must haves: - Reliability Clearance is a mandatory requirement. - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst on the ServiceNow platform. - Hands-on delivery experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM). - ServiceNow certification(s) relevant to the role, including CSA/CAD or CIS-CSM, or CSA combined with one additional certification such as CAD, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-DF. - Experience in eliciting, documenting, and translating business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and ServiceNow CSM configurations.
