The Financial Director will oversee the organization’s financial planning and strategy, manage the preparation of financial statements, and monitor the organization’s financial performance. They will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, build analytical frameworks for decision-making, and provide strategic insights to support business growth. Other responsibilities include developing budgets, supporting investment decisions, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Qualifications - Proficiency in Financial Planning and developing strategic frameworks to meet organizational goals. - Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and reporting precise financial outcomes. - Advanced Analytical Skills to identify trends and inform decision-making processes. - Experience with Finance and Financial Reporting to ensure compliance, accuracy, and effective resource allocation. - In-depth understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements. - Proven ability to work independently in a remote capacity and manage part-time responsibilities efficiently. - Robust communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred. - Experience in sustainable industries or manufacturing fields is a plus.
