About the Role One of our fast-growing US clients is looking for a Senior Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive a high-volume cold calling motion across the US and Canada. This is a true outbound role for someone who is energized by the phone, motivated by targets, and able to create opportunities without needing heavy direction. This is not an entry-level SDR role. We are looking for someone who has already proven they can prospect, call, qualify, and set meetings with senior decision-makers. The right person is sharp, polished, money-motivated, and comfortable representing a business in conversations with executive-level buyers. What You Will Do - Own daily cold calling and outbound prospecting across assigned accounts and territories. - Make a high volume of calls every day and consistently create new qualified opportunities. - Engage senior stakeholders with confidence, professionalism, and strong business judgment. - Research target accounts, identify the right contacts, and build thoughtful outreach plans. - Qualify prospects through discovery and determine fit, urgency, authority, and next steps. - Book qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure clean handoffs. - Manage activity, notes, follow-ups, and pipeline hygiene in the CRM. - Test messaging, learn quickly from objections, and improve talk tracks based on what works. - Operate with urgency, ownership, and minimal hand-holding. What We Are Looking For - 2-5+ years of outbound SDR, BDR, inside sales, or full-cycle sales experience. - Proven success in a cold-calling-heavy sales environment. - Strong phone presence and the ability to quickly build credibility with executive-level buyers. - High agency, competitive drive, and a strong desire to win. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment. - Resilient, coachable, and able to handle rejection without losing momentum. - Robust organization skills and disciplined follow-up habits. - Experience selling into businesses in the US and/or Canada. What Makes Someone Successful Here - You are the kind of person who picks up the phone instead of waiting for perfect conditions. - You can speak clearly and credibly with senior leaders. - You know how to create urgency without sounding scripted or transactional. - You take ownership of your number and do not need constant reminders. - You move fast, learn fast, and keep pushing when the answer is no. - You care about outcomes, not just activity. Nice to Have - Experience selling B2B services, staffing, recruiting, outsourcing, SaaS, or professional services. - Experience prospecting into executives, founders, operators, sales leaders, or people leaders. - Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms. Compensation Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission. Final compensation will depend on experience and track record. Location: Remote, United States or Canada.
