Senior Financial Analyst, Cowansville

About the Role A growing organization in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst with a strong focus on FP&A to join their team. This role offers meaningful cross‑functional exposure and project‑based work in partnership with operational leaders.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, this position plays a key role in supporting financial planning, treasury oversight, and operational decision‑making. The role is highly analytical and project‑driven, requiring strong business partnering skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. This role follows a hybrid work model, with an expectation to be in the office once a week at their Cowansville location.

What You’ll Do

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes

Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support operational and strategic initiatives

Partner with operational teams to analyze cost structures and identify efficiency opportunities

Support treasury‑related activities, including cash flow analysis and working capital management

Develop clear, concise reporting for senior leadership

Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and continuous process improvement initiatives

What You Bring

3‑6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role

Experience in a manufacturing or operationally focused environment is an asset

Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills

Exposure to cost analysis and operational performance metrics

Understanding of treasury management principles

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally
