What You’ll Do - Lead capital projects ($50K–$5M+) from scope definition through commissioning and start-up - Manage contractors, consultants, and vendors in an active production environment - Oversee budgets, schedules, and scope changes across multiple concurrent projects - Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams - Support capital planning and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For - 3–5+ years leading capital or engineering projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment - Experience managing projects from design through commissioning and operational handover - Strong contractor/vendor management experience - Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with competing priorities - Engineering degree required (P.Eng preferred) Note: This role is not suited for candidates with only project coordination, IT project management, or construction-only experience.
