We are currently looking for licensed Mechanic (310T) and or experienced Apprentice. At Done-Right Services you will have the opportunity to work on a large variety of trucks and equipment for over 20 national companies. We are looking for an individual that is capable of working independently in a shop or field setting. Knowledge of diesel engines, OEM diagnostics software and hydraulic systems is vital. Service and maintenance on equipment from medium duty trucks to railroad equipment and cranes is the range of what we service and repair. Duties, Responsibilities, Skills and Qualifications Include: · 310T Journeyman Red Seal License and registered with OCOT or currently a registered Apprentice Truck Mechanic 310T · Valid G drivers license with a clean drivers abstract - CDL license is an asset · Read and understand operating manuals, schematics and technical drawings · Ability to demonstrate proficiency with advance diagnostic software · Frequent exposure to noise, dust, dirt and varying climate conditions · Physical endurance with the capability to lift items up to 80lbs · Hydraulic system diagnostics and repair experience · Perform duties with little or no supervision while performing in field maintenance/repairs · Must have suitable tools or willingness to purchase prior to hire . Perform diagnostics, repairs and inspections of electrical, hydraulic, suspension, air/brake systems, engine and transmission on vehicles and equipment . Road test and operate vehicles and equipment when necessary to diagnose malfunctions and to ensure proper functions before and after repairs . Perform service calls for emergency breakdowns . Utilize computers and OEM diagnostic software when applicable . Complete requires paperwork and documentation . Maintain organized and safe work area, shop tools and service trucks Done-Right Services offers a highly competitive wage ($38.00 to $48.00/hr. depending on experience). Group benefits. Shift premium ($2.25 per hour on afternoons). We also provide uniforms, tool allowance $500 annually, boot allowance $200 annually and paid training courses.
