Santerra Stonecraft is hiring General Labourers to join our production team. This is a excellent opportunity for someone reliable, hardworking, and ready to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Be Doing: Repairing pallets and cleaning mixers Sorting and handling concrete products Supporting production and equipment maintenance Keeping work areas, yard, and shipping/receiving clean and organized Following all health & safety procedures and wearing PPE Helping maintain product quality standards Performing heavy, physical work throughout the day What We’re Looking For: Manufacturing or hands-on work experience is an asset Forklift certification is a bonus (not required) Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting and dusty environments Reliable, safety-minded, and willing to learn Valuable team player with a strong work ethic Able to get to and from work reliably What We Offer: Steady full-time hours (45–60 per week) Overtime paid after 44 hours Opportunity to learn and grow into machine operator roles 90-day probation period Supportive team environment If you’re dependable, motivated, and ready to work, we want to hear from you.
