Production Worker (Sooke)

Production Team Member Location: Sitka Weedworks – Sooke Business Park At Sitka Weedworks, we’re dedicated to elevating the legacy of BC’s growers and raising the quality of Canadian craft cannabis. We’re growing, and we’re looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Production Team. Whether full-time or part-time (minimum three days per week), this is your chance to be part of a team shaping the future of craft cannabis in Canada. What You’ll Do - Support the production of premium cannabis products with care and precision. - Work collaboratively with a team to meet quality and efficiency standards. - Perform tasks such as trimming, packaging, labeling, and maintaining clean production areas. - Follow all health, safety, and compliance procedures. What We’re Looking For - Reliable team players with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. - Able to follow procedures and maintain consistency in quality. - Previous production or cannabis industry experience is an asset, but not required—we’ll provide training.
