Key Responsibilities Customer Experience - Deliver exceptional service to build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and in person. - Listen actively to diagnose customer needs and provide complete, effective solutions. - Handle challenging situations and customer concerns with professionalism and care. - Maintain clear, smooth communication with customers throughout the repair process. Service Operations - Schedule service and repair appointments efficiently. - Create, review, and manage repair orders using our computerized work order system. - Provide accurate cost and time estimates; ensure final invoices align with initial quotes. - Act as the vital liaison between customers and technicians to track job status. - Collaborate with the Shop Foreman to identify opportunities to improve shop efficiency and sales. - Adhere to all company policies, store procedures, and health & safety regulations. - Participate in ongoing learning and coaching to continuously develop your skills. What You Bring - Previous experience in a service advisor, service coordination, or fast-paced customer service role (automotive or RV industry experience is an asset, but not required). - Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask. - Proficiency with computers and digital work order systems.
