Lead asset protection efforts as a Loss Prevention Officer. Manage store security, investigate shrink, and ensure safety protocols are adhered to while supporting all associates and visitors.

Your primary role will be to maintain a secure environment within the store, enhancing profitability and minimizing loss. Regular patrols, internal and external investigations, and effective communication with store management are essential. Additionally, you will support emergency procedures and participate in assigned team responsibilities to foster a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Perform daily security patrols to safeguard the store • Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents • Assist in making arrests when necessary • Support emergency evacuation plans • Conduct thorough investigative support as needed

Requirements:• Must be 16 years or older • Must hold a Security Guard License • Excellent communication skills required • Ability to clarify complex issues • Professional and positive conduct expected
