The Breakfast Server is responsible for delivering an exceptional dining experience to guests during breakfast service. This role requires early risers with a warm personality, attention to detail, and the ability to provide attentive service in a relaxed yet refined setting.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and guide them to their tables.

Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.

Provide detailed information about menu items and accommodate special dietary needs.

Prepare tables, ensure cleanliness, and reset them for incoming guests.

Assist in maintaining buffet areas, if applicable, and ensuring food presentation meets quality standards.

Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Process bills and payments efficiently.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience as a server, preferably in a boutique hotel or fine dining environment. Fine dining experience and knowledge of wine pairings or service are

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
