Seasonal Customer Service Associate, Highlands

Support customers as a Seasonal Customer Service Associate. Provide knowledgeable assistance to clients, ensuring they find the right solutions for their projects with confidence.

In this role, you will engage actively with customers, helping them navigate through the store to find the products they need. Your focus will be on customer service and understanding client needs through open-ended questions. Promote various services offered and educate customers about their options to enhance their shopping experience.

Requirements:• High School Diploma or equivalent required • 1–2 years experience in Retail preferred • Strong skills in communication and customer interaction • Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts • Knowledge of safety policies and procedures
