Deliver exceptional customer service to BMO customers and prospects, identifying customer needs and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions. Collaborate with branch partners and BMO channels to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve business objectives. Lead lobby interactions, welcoming customers, offering advice on digital and self‑serve options, and recommending alternative banking channels.Engage customers in conversations about personal banking, credit card needs, and marketing promotions, integrating strategic advice and referral opportunities. Support operational activities such as inventory management, escalated service requests, application follow‑up, filing, and opening and closing procedures.Follow risk and compliance processes, protecting customer assets and privacy while acting in their best interest. Maintain current knowledge of personal banking products, regulatory environment, and market trends. Identify and report suspicious activity related to money laundering. Perform complex tasks within defined rules, analyze issues, decide next steps, and escalate when necessary.Work across multiple branches or channels, adapting schedule as required by market needs. Qualifications
1–2 years’ relevant experience in customer service or sales, or equivalent education and experience. Fluency in English; Mandarin language proficiency preferred. Registration to sell investment products (completed or in progress within 12 months) if applicable. Proficiency with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.Consultative customer‑service orientation with a drive to deliver a personal experience. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport, and active listening. Organizational, collaborative, analytical, and problem‑solving skills—rated as good. Self‑starter with courage and confidence to engage customers.Ability to thrive in a consultative sales and team‑based environment. Working Hours
Monday to Saturday. Shift schedule may vary week to week. Benefits
Salary range: $34,750.00– $51,800.00 (salaried), with potential commission and performance bonuses. Health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans. Performance‑based incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other perks and rewards.
