Key Responsibilities:• Prepare tea service and meals according to daily menus • Plate meals ensuring portioning and presentation quality • Collaborate with team to adjust production plans • Review menus to prep necessary ingredients • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

Requirements:• 5+ years in a commercial or residential kitchen • 5+ years of scratch cooking/production cooking • Food Protected Level 1 certification • Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand extensively • Experience in senior living preferred
