Description
Position Purpose and Summary Work with Director of Operations on internal events and administrative support on an on-call basis. Key Areas of Accountability - Responsible for working with the Director of Operations, staff and students helping with Departmental events and/or administrative duties. - Main roles include help with set-up and take down of School of Human Kinetics events. - Assist with and implementation of event plans. The Person **Skills and Abilities** - Help with event planning and/or details leading up to event(s). - Good work ethic, interpersonal skills, and ability to work easily with students, staff, and alumni. - Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. **Personal** Driven and inspired by the idea of positively impacting the various marketplaces of life through the development of godly Christian leaders by serving the Trinity Western University community. A dedicated and mature evangelical Christian with an earnest desire to serve in family, church, work, and community. Key Internal Interactions **Reports:** None **Reports to:** Director of Operations Standards & Requirements **Education**: Bachelor’s degree is preferred. **Experience**: Previous experience in planning events and administration. *Duties and responsibilities that do not constitute a major change may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of the supervisor either orally or in writing.*
