Experienced Bartender (Langley)

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at our independently owned and operated Haven Kitchen + Bar in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, mixology, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a busy customer-focused setting. As a key member of our team, the bartender will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, crafting high-quality cocktails, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve a diverse range of cocktails, beverages, and other drinks with precision and efficiency - Engage with customers to provide friendly and attentive service, while also offering recommendations and ensuring customer satisfaction - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and managing inventory - Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and alcohol service laws - Work independently and as part of a team to ensure smooth operation during busy evenings and weekends - Contribute to creating a positive and skilled work environment Requirements: - Relevant experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment - Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques - Strong customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed - Knowledge of and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment - Familiarity with inventory management and ordering processes is a plus If you are a talented bartender with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for customers, we encourage you to apply.
