Job Overview We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourers to join our team. This role involves working outdoors year-round, supporting a variety of projects including landscape construction, tree planting, site preparation, and general labour tasks. You’ll work alongside experienced crews to help deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality results. Key Responsibilities - Assist with landscape installation, tree planting, and site preparation - Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment - Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic landscape equipment safely - Follow direction from supervisors and work effectively within a team - Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites - Support tasks such as digging, raking, measuring, and lifting - Represent the company professionally with clients and coworkers What We’re Looking For - Positive attitude and strong work ethic - Willingness to learn and take direction - Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions - Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing repetitive tasks - Comfortable driving an F550 or larger with at least 1-2 years experience (Required) - Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions Assets (Not Required) - Previous landscaping or construction experience - Skid steer or excavator experience What We Offer - Full-time or part time opportunities - Year round or summer positions - Benefits after 3 months - Paid travel time to job sites - Hands-on training and opportunities to learn new skills - Potential to grow into more advanced roles and equipment operation Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate: - Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: - Landscape maintenance: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2nak32
