Project Manager - Cladding Systems (Langley)

Responsibilities - Troubleshooting difficult site situations. - Assessing any pricing change orders. - Creating and updating project schedules and milestones. - Working with the Health & Safety Manager to implement recent policies as needed and consulting on safety issues on sites. - Procuring project materials and consulting on supplier pricing, quality, and service levels. - Ensuring that Summit Cladding systems has the manpower and equipment it needs to successfully meet the demands of the workload. - Sourcing subcontractors and allocating work to them should it be required. - Ensuring the milestones of each project are successfully met. - Analyzing back end costs and offering relevant estimating feedback. Experience/Qualifications - 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the construction/cladding industry - Class 5 Drivers License - Strong leadership qualities - Strong negotiation skills - Keen eye for details - Strong analytical aptitude and problem-solving skills - Deadline and detail oriented - Experience working with Excel Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $83,000.00-$105,000.00 per year Benefits: - Casual dress - Company events - Dental care - Extended health care - Paid time off - Vision care Experience: - Cladding: 3 years (required) Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2o4r8o
