Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires robust computer skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with office management, clerical duties, and customer support is highly valued. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, answering phone calls with professional phone etiquette Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Handle filing, document proofreading, and general administrative tasks to support daily office functions Assist with bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping as needed Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments Maintain organizational systems to ensure efficient workflow and document management Support team members with clerical tasks such as typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence Requirements Proven experience in an office environment, including clerical or administrative roles Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent customer service skills and professional phone etiquette for handling front desk duties and multi-line phone systems Ability to perform filing, proofreading, and other clerical tasks accurately Demonstrated computer literacy with good typing speed and attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment english speaking and writting Communication: Explicit and professional written and verbal communication skills Driver’s License: Valid license required; must be able to drive Traits: Reliable, adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently This position offers an prospect to contribute to a professional office setting while developing valuable administrative skills.
