Key Responsibilities:• Analyze financial data and retailer KPI reports • Collaborate in developing service improvement action plans • Train dealers and staff on established processes • Utilize KPI dashboards for performance monitoring • Develop agendas and summarize follow-up action items

Requirements:• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent • 5 years of automotive experience in fixed operations • Deep understanding of financial statements and KPIs • Effective communication and leadership capabilities • Strong analytical and project management skills
