As the Practice Manager, you will oversee a remote team while maintaining smooth operations for 30-50 clients. You'll take charge of bookkeeping quality, client onboarding, and ensure adherence to Transcounts standards, setting the stage for potential advancement into a Controller/CFO role.

Key Responsibilities:• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping and financial reporting processes • Enhance client interactions to build trust and satisfaction • Lead quality assurance for bookkeeping staff and services • Coordinate tech setup and onboarding for new clients • Maintain comprehensive records of clientmeetings for internal use

Requirements:• CPA or similar qualification with 2+ years in Financial Practice • Strong familiarity with QBO/XERO and CRA/IRS processes • Proven leadership skills with teams of 3 or more • Preferred experience with eCommerce tools like Shopify • At least 1 year of residency in Canada
