As a Registered Psychologist at iScope, your work will directly support adolescents and adults recovering from:
Concussion and brain injury
Chronic pain
Motor vehicle accident‑related trauma
PTSD and psychological injury
Anxiety and depression
Neurological conditions

Your Impact As a Registered Psychologist with iScope, you will provide psychological assessment and evidence‑based treatment to patients experiencing concussion‑related symptoms, chronic pain, trauma, psychological injury, and neurological conditions.
In this role, you will:
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and intake evaluations
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient presentation, goals, and clinical findings
Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness‑based approaches, trauma‑informed care, EMDR, and other appropriate interventions
Support patients experiencing concussion‑related symptoms, chronic pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment difficulties, and motor vehicle accident‑related psychological conditions
Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress effectivelyMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and psychological records
Collaborate with Psychiatrists, Physicians, Clinical Counsellors, Occupational Therapists, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care
Provide psychoeducation to patients and families regarding mental health conditions, coping strategies, treatment goals, and recovery expectations
Stay current with research, evidence‑based treatment approaches, and advancements in concussion rehabilitation, trauma‑informed care, and chronic pain management
Maintain ethical and professional standards while delivering compassionate, patient‑centered care
What You Bring We are looking for clinicians who are compassionate, collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and committed to providing exceptional psychological care.
Ideal candidates will have:
Registration and good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC)
Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic intervention skills
Excellent understanding of trauma, concussion‑related symptoms, chronic pain presentations, and mental health conditions
A patient‑centered and evidence‑informed approach to care
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, case management, and time management abilities
Ability to build rapport, trust, and therapeutic alliance with patients
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
Comfort using EMR systems and electronic documentation platforms
Strong professional judgment, discretion, flexibility, and emotional intelligence
Preferred Assets:
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
Experience working with concussion rehabilitation, chronic pain, trauma, or motor vehicle accident‑related psychological conditions
Experience conducting psychological assessments and evidence‑based treatment planning
Experience working within interdisciplinary healthcare settings
Training in CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, trauma‑informed care, or related evidence‑based modalities
Education, Training, and Experience
Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling Psychology preferred
Registration and good standing with CHCPBC
Valid professional liability insurance
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
Experience with concussion rehabilitation, chronic pain, trauma, or motor vehicle accident‑related psychological conditions considered an asset
Training in CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, trauma‑informed care, or related evidence‑based modalities considered an asset
