Key Responsibilities:• Lead business development efforts and project initiatives • Serve as primary contact for stakeholders and contractors • Develop project proposals and reports with oversight from senior staff • Facilitate project meetings and client presentations • Maintain project schedules while mentoring your team

Requirements:• 4+ years of experience in civil engineering • Understanding of project management processes • Proven ability to juggle competing priorities • Strong leadership and communication skills • Class 5 Driver’s License and access to a vehicle
