Qualified candidates should possess a Master's Degree in Social Work or a similar discipline, alongside a year of hands-on experience with geriatric clients. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, treatment planning, and collaborating with caregivers and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide clinical services through detailed assessments • Design and implement psychosocial treatment plans • Conduct follow-ups on complex cases • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams • Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Requirements:• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field • Minimum one year’s experience in psychiatry for older adults • Class 5 BC Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Capacity to educate clients and families effectively
