ROLE SUMMARY As a Physiotherapist with iScope, you will work closely with our specialist physicians and healthcare practitioners in coordinating and assisting in various aspects of clinical operations and practices. You will provide direct support to our patients and be responsible for following up on all physician recommendations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct thorough assessments of patients with concussions and pain conditions.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
Monitor and document patients' progress.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessment findings, incorporating evidence‑based techniques.
Provide case management support to clients requiring the coordination of multiple services.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
Stay updated on the latest research, techniques, and advancements in concussion management and pain rehabilitation, and integrate this knowledge into clinical practice.
Adhere to ethical and professional standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and providing respectful, patient‑centered care.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE
Master's Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent.
Member in good standing and professional membership with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
Vestibular or concussion background an asset, but not required. Mentorship and on‑site training available.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge and competency in maintaining confidentiality of client information according to FIPPA and PHIPA legislation.

Strong knowledge of community resources.
Demonstrated ability to relate to clients in ways that build confidence and trust.
Able to work in a highly diverse community with individuals from varied backgrounds.
Good judgment, sensitivity, flexibility, discretion, and resourcefulness.
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and senior administrators about issues facing individuals in crisis and make recommendations.
