ServiceNow Technical Architect

A leading global technology organisation is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Architect to join its rapidly growing SaaS and ServiceNow practice. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing and delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions across a diverse client base.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a high-performing solutions team, working on large-scale digital transformation programmes across multiple industries. This role combines hands-on architecture, technical leadership, and client engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategic design and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design and develop ServiceNow platform architecture aligned to business needs
• Lead implementation across ITSM and ITOM modules
• Own key areas including:
• CMDB
• Discovery
• Event Management
• Service Mapping
• Define and deliver integration strategies (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Run workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to best practice
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect / Technical Architect
• Proven delivery across ITSM and ITOM
• Deep knowledge of:
• Incident, Problem, Change
• CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Certifications & Experience

Essential:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Desirable:

• CIS certifications (ITSM / ITOM)
• ITIL certification
• Experience in Agile or Waterfall delivery environments
