Client Service Administrator - Langley, BC HearingLife Canada, in partnership with National Affiliated Partners, is the largest provider of hearing healthcare services in Canada. We are dedicated to providing life‑changing hearing care while raising awareness about hearing loss.

How You’ll Make An Impact As an integral member of our team, you’ll create a welcoming setting for our clients, providing them with exceptional service every step of the way. You’ll foster positive relationships with both clients and colleagues, ensuring every client’s hearing journey is smooth and enjoyable.
Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering top‑notch customer care. You’ll greet clients, manage inbound phone calls and emails, and answer inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage and adjust clinician schedules, book appointments, and coordinate follow‑ups to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Clinic Maintenance: Keep our clinic looking its best – organize and tidy the client waiting areas and ensure supplies are stocked and ready.
Administrative Support: Assist clinicians by maintaining client files, managing stock orders, and ensuring clinic operations run smoothly. You’ll also handle basic hearing aid maintenance and support local events and promotions.
Accounting & Insurance: Process payments, track insurance claims, manage accounts receivable, and maintain inventory, ensuring smooth financial operations.
What You Bring
At least 2 years of customer service experience.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with Microsoft Excel.
