With Indoor Go-Karting, our brand-recent Indoor PlayZone, birthday parties, events, and nonstop excitement, we’re looking for energetic, outgoing people who love working with families and creating memorable experiences. This is not your average front desk job. One minute you could be checking in racers, the next you’re helping launch a birthday party, assisting families in the PlayZone, or helping create an amazing experience for guests visiting from all over the Lower Mainland. If you’re positive, fast-paced, and love working with people, we want to meet you. What You’ll Be Doing - Greeting guests and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere - Assisting guests with admissions, pricing, and bookings - Processing payments and operating our POS & reservation systems - Helping organize and host birthday parties & private events - Supporting guests throughout the facility - Keeping the facility clean, organized, and guest-ready - Working as part of a high-energy team to deliver an awesome experience What We’re Looking For - Must be 16 years or older - Eligible to work in Canada - Reliable transportation - Strong communication and customer service skills - Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment - Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality - Basic math and cash-handling skills - Weekend availability is required Why People Love Working Here - Fast-paced and exciting environment - Flexible scheduling — perfect for students - Casual dress - Staff discounts - Awesome team atmosphere - Every shift is different - Opportunities to grow within the company Schedule Availability Operating hours are 9:00 AM – 12:15 AM Daily Part-time positions available.
