Finance Manager Langley

Karma Auto Group Langley, BC Karma Auto Group is a new and growing automotive dealership in Langley, BC. We are seeking an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team full-time. This role is for a proven skilled who understands dealership finance inside and out and can confidently manage deals from start to finish. Responsibilities: Structure and close automotive finance and lease deals Submit and manage credit applications with lenders Present and sell F&I; products (warranties, GAP, protection packages, etc.) Ensure all deals are compliant with lender and provincial regulations Work closely with sales managers and sales staff to maximize approvals and profitability Complete and review all finance documentation accurately and efficiently Maintain strong relationships with banks and lending partners Requirements (Mandatory): Previous Automotive Finance Manager experience (required) Strong knowledge of prime, non-prime, and sub-prime lending Excellent understanding of compliance and documentation standards Proven ability to close deals and manage multiple files at once Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a rapid-paced dealership workplace What We Offer: Competitive compensation package (salary + commission, based on experience) Full time, stable position Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding dealership Supportive management and high-volume potential Job Type: Full-time Pay: $140,000.00-$300,000.00 per year Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p5mry
