This boutique-style clinic is built on long-standing relationships, high-quality care, and a strong family-oriented culture with team members of 10–16+ years. The ideal associate is confident, compassionate, and able to provide a full range of general dentistry while ensuring patients feel comfortable and well cared for. The clinic is fully equipped with modern technology, including a brand-new CT/CBCT machine, and offers a supportive, collaborative environment where clinicians can work independently while being part of a trusted, community-focused team. Schedule - 16-24 hours per week - Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday Qualifications - Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) program from an accredited school or university, or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process. - Registered or in process of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals. - Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of British Columbia. - A licensed Associate Dentist in good standing. - Open to those currently registered with other Canadian provinces. - 1-2 years of experience practicing dentistry in Canada is ideal, but new graduates are welcome. - Strong clinical skills with a commitment to excellence. - A patient-first mindset and excellent communication skills. - A team-oriented approach and a desire to build lasting relationships. - Experience with a wide range of procedures is an asset. - Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and their families. 123Dentist is an equal opportunity employer.
