HVAC Service Advisor/ Receptionists, Langley

Provide excellent customer service from start to finish, and perform any additional follow up Listen carefully to customer descriptions and assess the service call needs to prepare the service technician. Advise the customer on the HVAC costs for maintenance and service repairs Communicate with wholesalers and technicians to make sure everything needed is on hand or ready at the supplier for pickup with corresponding job names/numbersProvide updates to customers with the status of their parts on order Answer detailed questions about services performed and price information Maintain customer records by keeping all files organized Schedule appointments over the phone Send out invoices and collect service receivables Help with General Administrative tasks when needed.Qualifications

Strong math and accounting skills, high school graduate or equivalent. Strong understanding of HVAC and the ability to identify appropriate repairs for equipment. Ability to break down complicated HVAC or industry topics into understandable language meant for customer understanding Advanced computer and data-entry skillsOrganizational and record-keeping skills Ability to stand, walk, sit and lift up to 25 pounds Have a teamwork mindset in the workplace and accept feedback on your work Understand the typical format of company schedules in order to manage time efficiently Job Details
