We need a skilled Foreman/Lead Hand to oversee landscaping projects for commercial clients, including schools. Key Responsibilities:• Operate Bobcat skid steers and excavators effectively • Perform heavy lifting and maintain landscaping equipment • Work outdoors in all weather conditions • Ensure project completion with safety and quality standards • Supervise and motivate team members on-site

Requirements:• Valid Class 5 or Class 7 driver’s license preferred • Experience with hardscape and softscape operations • Reliable with a strong self-motivated attitude • Ability to commute to the Langley yard • Physically fit for demanding tasks
